On September 6, 2026, at the Y Tý Golden Season 2026 race, the 2026-born female runner, a mother of four, won first place in the 42km trail distance. Despite facing the harsh 42km trail with over 1,300m elevation gain, she lost to only one male runner overall, finishing in 4 hours 26 minutes. The image of this mother balancing family duties while conquering the mountain has made thousands of Vietnamese runners admire and respect her. As someone who has followed athletics since my student days, I realize this is not just a personal victory, but a living testament to the power of will and discipline.
